GES have been servicing the Blum range of hinge inserting machine for many years.
The main cause of problems with the Blum equipment is poor quality of the compressed air.
More often than not the air compressor supplying compressed air to the Blum is not fitted with a suitable air dryer so the condensed water in the air supply contaminates the drilling rise and fall pneumatic cylinder, product clamp pneumatic cylinders and all the pneumatic valves.
Most problem machines can be repaired economically but we do recommend this work is carried out in our Brisbane workshop.
