The LS-100 cap tightener, is the least expensive bottle capper, tightens screw and lug caps from 24-83mm. This capper offers an external torque dial that makes changing the torque fast and simple with precise results. Other cappers offered by competitors in this price range have either no torque adjustment, internal torque adjustment which requires tools and is time consuming, or require altering the air pressure to the capper to achieve proper tightness. The LS-100 features excellent torque repeatability that translates into high product quality for the user. It suspends weightlessly from the included Kinex pneumatic capper stand and capper balancer.

A 3.6m coil air hose with adaptor for capping machine, stand mounted quick disconect coupler, 1.8m hose for hook up to in house air supply, 1 chuck and liner are also included as standard equipment. The LS-100 does not offer the many ergonomic features found with the PS Series pneumatic cappers.
