Detectronic Pipeline detectors are applied in all sorts of production, where liquid or solid matter, granules and powders, are pumped through pipeline systems.

The detector and its reject valve are fastened to a solid frame. A sturdy support, mobile and adjustable in height, facilitates adjustment to the individual filler.

The frame can be provided with fittings for secure and correct coupling of a poly-clipper.

FEATURES

• The 2 1/2" and 4" models have been constructed especially to fit into filling machines. Their compact design permits incorporation between the filler and the filling horn. The sturdy construction neutralises vibrations, which might disturb the search coil. Thus, a very high sensitivity to metal contaminants is obtained.
• For the removal of metal-contaminated matter, the pipeline detector is provided with a pneumatic valve.
• The valve is made of stainless steel with glass bead blast finish. Its piston is made of polyurethane material, FDA approved. The valve is easy to disable for cleaning.
• The sturdy construction of the valve piston allows even pieces of meat to be cleft, when material is being rejected after metal detection.
